Art Map Limited is a non-profit-making arts [visual and performance] organization established in 2002, It currently published 2 free monthly cultural publications: [Art Map] and [a.m. post], which are the most important channel of art and cultural in Hong Kong and Macao. We also organise numerous public programmes to raise awareness of art and culture in HK and Macau. We are currently looking for high caliber candidates for the following positions:

Researcher/Listing Editor (Ref. 200711-ED)

Applicants should be motivated and proactive professionals

(a) with a recognised professional qualification in Information Science and/or an Art related discipline;
(b) in depth knowledge of art in China;
(c) good at written / oral English and Chinese (simplify and traditional);
(d) able to use Chinese word-processor; (e) work experience in a library/research centre preferable;
(f) able to travel Guangzhou and ShenZhen 1~2 times, visiting arts organizations and researching the latest arts information.

Preference will be given to those with outgoing personalities, a passion for the arts, and the ability to work effectively with a team, as well as individually. The appointee will report to the Executive Director and be responsible for editorial team.

Event and Marketing Manager (Ref: AM200711-SM)

Applicants should be

(a) a degree holder in Business Administration in Marketing / Communication and/or an related discirpline issued by an recognised institution
(b) 3-4 years integrated marketing experience, advantageous with ads agency or magazine marketing background
(c) excellent communication, organization and project management skills
(d) a good team player and results oriented
(e) good command of both written and spoken in English and Cantonese.

Applicatant with less experience will be considered as Marketing Executive. The appointee will give support to Director for ideas generation and implement effective marketing programmes to achieve designated business results for the group's free papers, also require to liaise and follow up with strategic partners for joint promotion activities and regular report to keep monitoring programmes and business results.
