一次又一次從現實中抽離，嘗試靠近妳，發現我們之間沒有特定的尺或量詞， 也不用特定的顏色、線條和形態來描述。或許甚麼也非必然存在於我們之間， 只能確定，我們之間有的是「之間」—無法言喻的距離。
本屆香港浸會大學視覺藝術院畢業展呈現了本科生與藝術的距離，自身對藝術的理解與感悟。要步近藝術就必先從現實常態中抽離，每份作品展現了各人創作時的狀態，擁有自己與藝術溝通的語言。整個展覽由不同距離、空間、透視所組成，讓觀者在各人獨特的世界間穿梭。

I left my reality to get closer to you, but what will stand between us?
Words, time, space, or colours and lines?
Perhaps nothing will stand between us. But one thing is for sure, that 'the between' exists - separating us with an indescribable distance.
The Academy of Visual Arts of Hong Kong Baptist University presents the graduation exhibition of 2021 - the distance between our graduates and art. To get closer to art, we distance ourselves from our reality, letting go of preconceived ideas and past notions. The exhibition presents a range of distinctive artistic language, reflecting the makers' mentality in the moment of creation and demonstrates their own uniquely felt distance. Further, the show encourages the audience to contemplate their own experience and reections on distance and space, and revel between theirs and others' worlds, near, far and in between.
