由香港中樂團客席常任指揮孫鵬執棒，與當今炙多可熱的中國首位嗩吶博士劉雯雯合作，呈獻一場穿越民族文化與心靈疆界的聽覺盛宴。作曲家李博禪為嗩吶量身打造的《百年涅槃》，展現當代嗩呐的現代音樂風格。樂團亦將演出張朝的《七彩之和》，以七種色彩描繪中國少數民族的風情畫卷。壓軸之作《西藏三界》由韓永創作，以壯闊的音樂結構描繪藏地的神聖與靈性，帶領聽眾完成從「天界」到「人界」的心靈之旅。

"Realms" features Guest Resident Conductor of HKCO, Sun Peng collaborating with Liu Wenwen, the first doctor of suona in China, to present an auditory feast that transcends cultural and spiritual boundaries. Composer Li Bochan has tailored "Centenary Nirvana" for the suona, showcasing the modern musical style of the contemporary suona. The orchestra will also perform Zhang Chao's "Harmony of Colors," which depicts the diverse cultures of China's ethnic minorities through seven colors. The grand finale, "Three Realms of Tibet," composed by Han Yong, illustrates the sacredness and spirituality of Tibetan land with a majestic musical structure, guiding the audience on a spiritual journey from the "Heavenly Realm" to the "Human Realm."
